Teleseminars That Sell (Part Two) 3 Keys to Success

In reality, there are only three things you must *get* to be successful with teleseminars:

Get experience: as a participant. Attend as many teleseminars as you can, especially those that relate to your area of business. Pay attention to what works and what doesn't, as well as what you like and don't like about the teleseminar host's style, how they handle problems that arise on the calls and how they build (or don't build!) rapport with the audience.

Get educated: get started by taking a comprehensive course to get you up to speed, one that covers the basics such as bridge lines, handing common problems on your calls, how to record your calls, how to keep your audience engaged and so forth.

Get some experience: by getting a free bridge line, setting a date and time and then inviting your clients to attend. Provide them with great information then sell one of your products or services, related to your teleseminar topic, at the end of the call.

Once you start using teleseminars to make sales, you'll be hooked! And the more teleseminars you host, the more skilled you will become. Your sales will rise, along with your confidence. So don't wait. Add teleseminars to your marketing mix today.

Grow Your Business with Teleseminars: Part Two

In my last post, I wrote about the idea of using teleseminars to grow your business. Now, let's look at five specific ways that you can leverage the power of teleseminars:

1. Deliver quality free information to your customers by holding regular, customer only teleseminar events. Bring in a guest expert if you don't want to speak yourself. Bringing information like this to your customers will add exponential value to your services.

2. Hold paid teleseminar events and charge your customers for attending. Of course, you must deliver premium content for paid events.

3. Record your teleseminars (both free and paid) and use them to attract customers. Offer a recording of one of your free calls as an enticement to sign up for your email newsletter.

4. Package a series of your paid teleseminars and sell as a digitally downloadable product.

5. Finally, use teleseminars to actually sell your products and services live and in the moment. Invite your customers, tell them about your product as well as give them good information. Then sell your product at the end of the call, using a time-limited offer to compel action.

Teleseminars are a great way to leverage the power of technology to bring you into a much closer relationship with your customers and clients. When customers hear your voice, they feel they know you and that they can trust you. And when your customers know, like and trust you, they will come back to you to do business again and again. So forget the expensive marketing solutions and grow your business using teleseminars. Once you experience the power of teleseminars you will wonder how you ever did business without this great business tool.

Teleseminars: 5 Step Quick Start (Part 3)

In my last post, I promised you those 5 Quick Start Steps...and here they are:

(1) Attend as many free teleseminars as you can. Observe the style of the teleseminar leader; learn what works and what doesn’t, how the audience responds and how the bridge line performs.

(2) Next, get your own free bridge line. Just do an internet search on free teleconference lines and find one that fits your needs, then invite a few friends and test out the line’s features. Costly, pay by the hour bridge lines are a thing of the past. There are some free bridge lines that will allow up to 250 callers on the line and give you a web interface, plus record the call for you…all without spending a dime!

(3) Now email your customers and announce your free teleseminar. Be sure to provide useful information on the call, plus use the opportunity to sell one of your products at the end of the hour, perhaps offering those on the call a special bonus for being on the call.

(4) Record your teleconference and upload it to your website and let your customers know they can listen to the recording, even if they didn’t get to attend the live call.

(5) Wash, rinse and repeat! The more times you host a teleseminar, the more comfortable you will become. You will look back, a year from now, and wonder why you ever hesitated.

So what are you waiting for? These five  quick action steps are all you need to begin harness the power of teleseminars for your business.
